WASHINGTON, D.C.—Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will speak at the groundbreaking ceremony for Bread for the City’s new Southeast Center tomorrow, Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at 1710 Good Hope Rd. SE. Bread for the City is a not-for-profit organization that provides at-risk residents with comprehensive services, including food, clothing, medical and behavioral care, and legal and social services.
