Brooklyn Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke has announced the 2017 Congressional Art Competition, which allows young Brooklyn artists to share their inspiration with the entire community.
Clarke, who represents the 9th Congressional District in Brooklyn, said some of the most talented artists in history were from Brooklyn.
