Cory Booker Isn’t Afraid to Break the Senate’s Mold

As a Republican, I watched with interest Sen. Cory Booker’s (D., N.J.) testimony in which he tried to discredit Attorney General nominee Jeff Sessions (“Booker Speaks Out Against Attorney General Nominee,” U.S. News, Jan. 12). Regardless of one’s political persuasion or what one thinks Mr. Booker’s motivation may have been, one must applaud his breaking from the Senate norm and testifying against a Senate colleague.
