Killer wants to be released in Sudbury
A man likened by his victims to some of the country’s most notorious monsters is again seeking release to Sudbury.
“For us, this isn’t just a case for our family, it’s a case for all Canadians,” said Don Edwards, a former NHL goalie whose parents were brutally slain near Hamilton in 1991 by George Lovie. “This guy is right up there with the Clifford Olsons and Paul Bernardos. This is a very serious guy, and someone that can just never be trusted.”
