McDonald’s to open east of Troost Avenue in KCMO
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – New businesses and a brighter future, that’s the hope for a part of Kansas City some have compared to the Mason-Dixon line — the Troost Avenue Corridor.
If you drive along Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard past Troost Avenue in Kansas City, you’ll see construction trucks and a shell of a new building.
According to barbecue guru and real estate developer Ollie Gates, it’ll be a McDonald’s this fall.
