Tenants’ rights group invites candidates to debate housing at the local and national levels

On May 2, the D.C. Tenants’ Advocacy Coalition held a forum at the Sumner School in Northwest D.C. for Democratic candidates in the June 19 D.C. primary election. The upcoming primaries will be contests for delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives; mayor; chair of the Council; at-large member of the Council; members of the Council for Wards 1, 3, 5 and 6; attorney general of the District of Columbia; and U.S. senator.
