Udall, Luján, Lujan Grisham Urge Education Secretary DeVos to Reinstate Student Loan Protections
Commentary: WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Tom Udall, Congressman Ben Ray Luján and Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham this week joined more than 130 members of Congress in sending a letter to Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos urging her to reverse a recent decision to rescind Obama-era efforts on student loan servicing reforms. The reforms include new consumer protections for borrowers and improvements to the quality of federal loan servicing.
