Voting absentee in Missouri, or early in Kansas? Here’s how, when, and where
Missouri does not offer early voting, but registered voters can cast absentee ballots if they have a valid reason.
You can vote absentee if you 1) will be absent from your voting jurisdiction on Election Day; 2) are incapacitated or confined due to illness or physical disability, or caring for an incapacitated person; 3) are restricted by religious belief or practice; 4) work for an election authority; or 5) are incarcerated but still eligible to vote.
